BeAnne Creeger

Yoga Instructor

BeAnne has been practicing and studying the philosophy of yoga for over 20 years. She received the 500-hour advanced certification from Peachtree Yoga Center in 2008 where she had the unique opportunity to study the deeper teachings of the Yoga Sutras under the personal guidance of Dr. Michel Angot, a world-renowned expert Sanskrit professor from the University of Paris.

She studied the powerful “silent” meditation techniques under Bhagwan Awatramani in 2008, and received the Neelakantha Meditation Initiation from Paul Muller-Ortega in 2014.

BeAnne is certified in Reiki and Pranic Energy Healing, but didn’t fully embrace energetic healing until graduating from White Winds Institute under the founder, Dr. Fernand Poulin, as an Integrative Energetic Medicine Practitioner.

BeAnne believes that all beings exist within a field of energy that is so subtle, yet affects our emotional and physical well being. Sometimes the flow of energy becomes contracted, opening ourselves up to disease, illnesses or injuries. Conventional practices treat the symptoms, but energy medicine addresses the root cause. As an IEM practitioner, she helps restore the flow of energy, which supports the body with its own natural life force and is ultimately where healing occurs.

BeAnne believes we must show up whole-heartedly and do the necessary work to live a more mindful life. She has been on this journey of self-exploration and healing since her twenties, so she really gets it.

BeAnne experienced firsthand how the body was affected by emotional and physical stress. The mental fatigue and physical exhaustion created a level of anxiety that was detrimental to her health and well-being. Yoga and learning to breathe properly changed her life and had the ability to bring a sense of calm and peace that was greatly nourishing and restorative.

BeAnne will challenge you, strengthen you and laugh with you. Her approach towards healing is holistic and her methods have been successful in settling the mind and getting the body more grounded; resulting in a healthier and happier you.
