CLASS SCHEDULE
OUR CLASSES
Alignment Flow - All Levels
Ashtanga - All Levels
Ashtanga is a powerful yoga practice that builds sequentially in terms of flexibility and strength. It involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures that will detox your muscles and organs. Every time you practice you will experience inner transformation, resulting in improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
Deep Stretch - All Levels
This style of sequencing is based on developing strength and flexibility of tendons, ligaments, and joint capsules through the static holding of asanas. This develops static endurance, static strength, flexibility, and concentration (of the rays of attention). These qualities bring energetic results to the practitioner, providing a meditative state from calming and balancing the central nervous system (CNS).
Meditation - Bioenergetic - Experience Recommended
The practice of meditation is to create inner harmony. It’s modality that helps us realize our true spiritual nature. Traditionally, meditation aims at focusing the mind on the breath, a mantra, a philosophical principle, developing consciousness, observation and reflection of the self. Bioenergetic meditation utilizes the knowledge and the experience of how the body functions energetically through understanding the chakra system and the subtle bodies. By consciously reconnecting to our spiritual energy and harnessing the power of the elements and the universe, we can directly affect our physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing
Power Flow - Experience Recommended
Power Yoga is all about finding your inner strength. This class is designed to challenge you and take you to your edge while linking breath to movement, which allows the practice to become a mindfulness meditation, “An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Teachers design their own sequences, while students synchronize their breath with their movement. The original Power Yoga was developed and founded by Beryl Bender Birch, but is now a term used to describe many vigorous vinyasa styles.” ~ Yoga Journal
