Emma is a RYT200 yoga instructor, currently pursuing a 500hr training. She holds additional certifications in mindfulness based stress reduction, yin yoga, holistic coaching, and compassionate inquiry. Emma is passionate about positive psychology—the scientific study of human flourishing. She aspires to nurture and empower her students to reconnect with their heart and live a bold and beautiful life, true to their essence. my heart and mind as well. I have experienced a very healing and beautiful internal journey through this practice.
