Jana has been practicing yoga for 7 years and is a personal trainer/strength training coach for the last 14 years. 

“I love the balanced way my body feels from having a consistent yoga practice. Over the years of practicing yoga, I’ve been able to heal so much of my back pain from having 3 herniated disks and have regained my flexibility and confidence in my body after my injuries. The positive changes inside me from yoga haven’t just been in my body, they extend to my heart and mind as well. I have experienced a very healing and beautiful internal journey through this practice.
