Carrie is a Yoga Instructor and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who loves to help clients achieve their life goals. Carrie loves helping clients find their inner strength with yoga core classes as well as taking time for restoration and introspection with restorative and yin yoga. In her wellness practice, she provides client-centered processes to facilitate and empower clients to develop and achieve self-determined goals related to well-being by utilizing internal strengths and external resources to develop self-management strategies for lasting healthy lifestyle behavior changes. As a partner and facilitator, clients receive her support to achieve self-directed goals and behavioral change consistent with treatment plans prescribed by clients’ health care providers. She assists clients to use their insight, personal strengths, resources, goals, action steps and accountability toward lifestyle changes.
Carrie holds a B.B.A. Corporate Finance + Grad hours in Accounting, is Certified in Principles of Real Estate from Bachelor’s degree program, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, is a Master Trainer who trains counselors and therapists as well as other wellness coaches, is a Certified Team Well-Being Coach, Certified Genius Breaks Coach, Certified Integrative Health and Lifestyle Medicine Coach, Certified Yoga Coach (breath work and therapy practices), Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Barre Above Instructor (Barre/Yoga/Pilates format), Certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, Certified Aqua Exercise Instructor.
